Cocktail recipe

1.

Fill a red wine glass to the top with ice cubes

2.

Make a wide cut across a lemon grass stalk and several smaller cuts and lower the stalk into the glass

3.

Pour in 0.35 oz of lime juice, 0.75 oz of coconut liqueur and 1 oz of silver tequila

4.

Add 1 dash of Angostura bitters

5.

Top up with Sprite and stir gently with the lemon grass stalk
