Grapefruit

Lime

Cocktail recipe
1.
Place 2 grapefruit wedges, 2 lime wedges and 0.75 oz of honey into a rocks glass

Add a pinch of salt and muddle

Fill the rocks glass to the top with crushed ice
4.
Pour in 2 oz of silver tequila and stir gently
5.
Top up with crushed ice

Garnish with a lime wheel and salt
