Cocktail recipe

1.

Fill the rocks glass to the top with ice cubes

2.

Pour in 2 zo of homemade apple-rhubarb ketchup and 0.15 oz of elderflower liqueur

3.

Add 0.3 oz of gentian and 1.5 oz of cognac

4.

Fill to the top with apple cider and carefully mix with a bar spoon

5.

Garnish with a tiny apple and a mint sprig
