Cocktail recipe
1.
Fill a rocks glass to the top with ice cubes

Pour 0.5 oz of tawny port, 1.5 oz of dry red wine, 0.5 oz of Drambuie and 1 oz of Campari into a mixing glass
3.
Add 3 dashes of peach and plum bitters
4.
Fill the glass with ice cubes and stir
5.
Strain into the rocks glass
6.
Garnish with orange zest
