Fill a highball glass to the top with ice cubes
Place a half of peeled, pitted and chopped avocado into a shaker and muddle
Pour in 1 oz of milk, 0.5 oz of agave syrup, 0.75 oz of Benedictine and 1.5 oz of silver tequila
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
Finely strain into the highball glass
Top up with club soda and stir gently
Garnish with lime wheels
