Pour 1 oz of lemon juice, 0.3 oz of quail egg whites, and 0.3 oz of sugar syrup into a shaker
Add 1.5 oz of limoncello and 0.7 oz of homemade lavender gin
FIll the shaker with ice cubes and shake gently
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
Garnish with a lemon wheel and ground cinnamon
