Pour 1 oz of lime juice, 0.15 oz of Maraschino syrup, 1 oz of dry orange liqueur and 2 oz of mezcal into a shaker
Add 2 dashes of grapefruit bitters
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
Finely strain into a chilled champagne saucer
Garnish with a Maraschino cherry on a cocktail skewer
