Place 4 bar spoons of viburnum into a shaker and muddle
Pour in 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 0.5 oz of sugar syrup, 0.75 oz of homemade raspberry vodka and 0.75 oz of vodka
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
Finely strain into a chilled cocktail glass
Garnish with a handful of viburnum
