Cut the top of a sweet bell pepper and remove its seeds
Fill the pepper to the top with crushed ice
Place a half of another sweet bell pepper, 10 chopped coriander leaves into a shaker and muddle
Pour in 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 0.75 oz of sugar syrup and 1.5 oz of vodka
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
Finely strain into the pepper
Top up with crushed ice
Garnish with a coriander sprig
