Place the pulp of a melon piece into a shaker and muddle
Pour in 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 0.35 oz of sugar syrup, 0.5 oz of jasmine syrup and 0.75 oz of melon liqueur
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
Finely strain into a chilled flute glass
Top up with champagne and stir gently
Garnish with a melon slice
