Pour 0.75 oz of Porto Branco and 0.75 oz of Italicus into the shaker
Add in 2 dashes of homemade cardamom bitters and 1.5 oz of homemade quinine liqueur with pineapple
Fill the shaker with ice, close it, and roll vertically from one hand to the other for several minutes
Strain into a chilled flute and fill to the top with prosecco
Garnish with dried pineapple and two orchid flowers
