Cocktail recipe

1.

Pour 1 oz of apricot syrup and 0.25 oz of oloroso sherry into the mixing glass

2.

Add 0.25 oz of fino sherry and 2 oz of Scotch whisky

3.

Fill the glass with ice cubes and carefully mix with a bar spoon

4.

Strain into a chilled cocktail glass

5.

Garnish with lemon zest
