A one-quart pitcher is enough for about 4 highball glasses

Fill the pitcher 2/3 of the way with ice cubes

Place 4 bar spoons of orange jam and 3 bar spoons of apricot jam into a shaker
4.
Pour in 1.5 oz of lemon juice and 1.5 oz of apricot syrup
5.
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
6.
Strain into the pitcher
7.
Top up with club soda and stir gently
8.
Garnish with chopped orange wheels and orange zest
