Cocktail recipe

1.

Place a small apple wedge into a milk pitcher

2.

Pour in 0.5 oz of honey and 5 oz of dry red wine

3.

Add 1 bar spoon of vanilla granulated sugar, orange and lemon zests, 3 cloves, a star anise and a cinnamon stick

4.

Stir while heating, but do not bring to a boil

5.

Pour into an Irish coffee glass

6.

Garnish with apple peel
