Place a quarter of lime, tangerine, grapefruit and a cinnamon stick into a milk pitcher
Pour in 0.5 oz of blackcurrant syrup, 4 oz of tangerine juice and 5 oz of still water
Stir while heating, but do not bring to a boil
Pour into a teapot
Serve on a saucer with a candle to prevent the cocktail from cooling
