Homemade passionfruit syrup with coriander

Timo Janse’s recipe, good for 33 oz: boil 33 oz of water, add 66 oz of granulated sugar and the juice of 10 passionfruits. As soon as the sugar is dissolved, add 0.5 oz coriander. Mix and place in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Take out of the refrigerator and filter twice into a separate container.
