Homemade cherry vinegar

Luke Whearty’s recipe, good for 500ml: pour 400ml of cherry vinegar into a saucepan and add 200g of granulated sugar. Bring the liquid to a boil and stir until the sugar dissolves. Then let cool and add 100ml of cherry liqueur. Carefully stir the liquid and pour into a separate container.
