Cocktail recipe

1.

Fill a collins glass to the top with ice cubes

Pour 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 0.5 oz of heavy cream, 0.75 oz of sugar syrup, 2 oz of cherry juice and 2 oz of gin into a shaker

Fill shaker with ice cubes and shake thoroughly

Strain into the glass

Top up with club soda

6.

Garnish with a Maraschino cherry on a cocktail skewer
