Fill a collins glass to the top with ice cubes

Pour 0.5 oz of lime juice, 1 oz of almond syrup, 1 oz of cinnamon liqueur and 1 oz of absinthe into a shaker

Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
4.
Strain into the collins glass
5.
Top up with ginger beer and stir gently
6.
Garnish with a lime wheel on a cocktail skewer
