Pour 1 oz of homemade lemon sherbet and 2 oz of homemade juniper vermouth into the mixing glass
Add 2 dashes of grapefruit bitters, 0.5 oz of gold rum, and 1 oz of London dry gin
Fill the mixing glass with ice cubes and carefully stir with a bar spoon
Strain the cocktail into a bottle
Place the lime zest into the smoker
Place the bottle and the cocktail glass under the lid and smoke them for several minutes
Garnish with homemade grapeseed oil with dill using a pipette
