Pour 0.35 oz of vanilla liqueur, 0.35 oz of Maraschino liqueur and 0.35 oz of dry orange liqueur into a shaker
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
Strain into a shot glass
Put carefully 1 quail egg yolk into the shot glass
Pour 0.5 oz of quail egg white into a bowl and whisk for a couple of minutes
Use a bar spoon to layer whisked foam onto the cocktail
Garnish with few drops of Angostura bitters
