Fill a highball glass to the top with ice cubes
Place 10 mint leaves, a chopped half of lemon into a shaker and muddle
Pour in 0.5 oz of sugar syrup, 0.5 oz of absinthe and 1 oz of vodka
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
Finely strain into the highball glass
Top up with club soda and stir gently
Garnish with a mint sprig and a lemon wedge on a cocktail skewer
