A one-liter portion makes enough for about 5 rocks glasses
Pour 10 oz of sugar syrup, 6.5 oz of Campari, and 5 oz of soy flour into the pitcher
Add in 6.5 oz of yogurt, 6.5 oz of white vermouth, and 13 ozof Scotch whisky
Carefully stir until all ingredients are evenly mixed
Filter the mixture into a separate container through the cheesecloth several times until the liquid becomes clear
Serve in rocks glasses with rocks ice and arugula
