Cocktail recipe
1.
Place 5 mint leaves and 3 lemon wedges into a rocks glass and muddle

Fill the rocks glass to the top with crushed ice

Pour in 0.75 oz of sugar syrup, 2 oz of silver tequila and stir gently

Top up with crushed ice

Garnish with a lime wheel and a mint leaf
