Cocktail recipe
1.
Place 1 oz of honey, a cinnamon stick broken in halves and 1 clove into a milk pitcher
2.
Add 1 dash of Angostura bitters and 5 oz of boiling water
3.
Stir while heating, but do not bring to a boil
4.
Finely strain into Irish coffee glass
5.
Add a pinch of ground nutmeg
6.
Garnish with a lemon wedge and a mint sprig
