Add 0.5 oz of falernum, 0.3 oz of triple sec, and 1.3 oz of London dry gin
Shake gently without ice
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake one more time
Pour through a strainer and a sieve into a rocks glass
Garnish with ground nutmeg and half a dried pineapple wheel
