Cocktail recipe

1.

Fill a hurricane glass to the top with ice cubes

Pour 5 quail egg yolks, 3 oz of milk, 0.75 oz of white cacao liqueur and 1.5 oz of cognac into a shaker

Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake

4.

Strain into the hurricane glass

5.

Garnish with grated dark chocolate
