Composition of cocktail:

London dry gin

Benedictine

Triple sec liqueur
0.35 oz

Cherry liqueur
0.5 oz

Angostura bitters
0.03 oz

Grenadine syrup Monin
0.15 oz
7.
Pineapple juice
4 oz
8.
Lime juice
0.5 oz

Pineapple

Red maraschino cherry
0.15 oz

Cocktail recipe
1.
Fill a sling glass to the top with ice cubes

Pour 0.5 oz of lime juice, 4 oz of pineapple juice, 0.15 oz of grenadine syrup, 0.5 oz of cherry liqueur, 0.35 oz of triple sec, 0.35 oz of Benedictine and 1 oz of gin into a shaker

Add 1 dash of Angostura bitters

Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
5.
Strain into the chilled sling glass
6.
Garnish with a small pineapple wedge and a Maraschino cherry on a cocktail skewer
