Fill a sling glass to the top with crushed ice
Place 2 sprigs of rosemary and the pulp from half a passionfruit into a shaker and muddle
Pour 2 oz of pineapple juice, 0.5 oz of mango syrup and 1.5 oz of gold rum into the shaker
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
Finely strain into the sling glass
Garnish with a quarter of a passionfruit
