Cocktail recipe

1.

Place 2 peeled pineapple slices into a shaker and muddle

Pour in 0.5 oz of lime juice, 0.75 oz of pistachio syrup and 2 oz of spiced rum

Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake

Finely strain into a chilled cocktail glass

Spray peach bitters over the cocktail glass
