Place 6 bar spoons of peach puree into an Irish coffee glass
Add chopped orange, lemon and green wedges
Pour in 0.75 oz l of peach syrup, 0.75 oz of triple sec and 2 oz of white rum
Add a pinch of ground cinnamon and 2 cloves
Top up with hot black tea and stir gently
Garnish with a kumquat and a mint sprig
