Pour 1 oz of quail egg white and 1 oz of lemon juice into the shaker
Add 0.3 oz of licorice syrup and 1.5 oz of Scotch whisky
Shake gently without ice
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake again
Strain into a chilled glass
Garnish with 3 dashes of Angostura bitters and Katsuobushi
