Pour 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 0.7 oz of quail egg white, and 0.5 oz of honey into a shaker
Add 0.5 oz of Sauternes and 0.8 oz of Pisco and shake gently without ice
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake one more time
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
Garnish with grated Parmesan and black ground pepper
