Place a grapefruit, lemon and lime wedges, chopped into large pieces into a hurricane glass
2.
Add a pinch of salt and muddle
3.
Fill the hurricane glass to the top with crushed ice
4.
Pour in 0.75 oz of grenadine syrup and 0.75 oz of calvados
5.
Add 1.5 oz of gin and stir gently
6.
Garnish with a carambola wedge, a kiwi wedge and two cherries
