Cocktail recipe

Pour 0.5 oz of menengic coffee, 1.5 oz of red vermouth, and 0.35 oz of cognac into the shaker

Add 2 dashes of coffee liqueur and 1.15 oz of vodka

Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake gently

Strain into the rocks glass

Pour 0.75 oz of quail egg whites, 2.5 oz of milk, and 3 dashes of orange flower water into the soda syphon

Close the syphon and shake 3-4 times
