Place 2 bar spoons of orange jam and 0.75 oz of quail egg yolks into a milk pitcher
Pour in 0.75 oz of honey, 1.5 oz of light cream, 5 oz of milk and 0.75 oz of dry orange liqueur
Stir while heating with the steam from a coffee machine, but do not bring to a boil
Pour into an Irish coffee glass
Add a pinch of ground nutmeg and garnish with a cookie
