Rim a champagne saucer with caster sugar
Place 2 bar spoons of orange jam into a shaker
Add 6 raspberries, 5 mint leaves and muddle
Pour in 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 0.35 oz of sugar syrup, 0.35 oz of raspberry syrup, 1 oz of passionfruit syrup and 1.5 oz of genever
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
Finely strain into the chilled champagne saucer
Garnish with 3 Maraschino cherries with mint leaves on a cocktail skewer
