Fill a highball glass to the top with ice cubes
Place 6 bar spoons of peach puree into a shaker
Pour in 0.75 oz of quail egg white, 0.35 oz of lime juice, 0.15 oz of grenadine syrup, 0.5 oz of rose syrup and 1.5 oz of citrus vodka
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake thoroughly
Strain into the highball glass
Spray rose water over the cocktail
Garnish with a rose petal
