Pour 0.5 oz of quail egg white, 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 0.5 oz of homemade honey & ginger syrup and 2 oz of bourbon into a shaker
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake thoroughly
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
Squeeze lemon zest over the cocktail, rub it on the rim of the glass, and add to the cocktail
