One soda siphon is enough for about 4 highball glasses
Fill a highball glass to the top with ice cubes
Pour 1.5 oz of lemon juice, 1 oz of ginger root juice, 2 oz of sugar syrup, 22 oz of ginger beer and 7 oz of cognac into a soda syphon
Close the soda syphon and froth 3–4 times
Pour the cocktail from the soda syphon into the highball glass and garnish it with lemon zest
