Fill a rocks glass to the top with crushed ice
Place 2 dried plums, 3 cloves into a shaker and muddle
Pour in 1 oz of lemon juice, 0.5 oz of honey syrup, 0.75 oz of creme de cassis liqueur and 1.5 oz of vodka
Squeeze orange zest
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
Strain into the rocks glass
Top up with tawny port
Top up with crushed ice
Garnish with orange zest and a sprig of mint
