Place 5 oz of vanilla ice cream, a peeled mango wedge and the pulp of 1 passion fruit into a blender
Pour in 0.5 oz of passionfruit syrup, 0.75 oz of mango liqueur and 2 oz of vodka
Add a scoop of crushed ice and blend
Pour into a sling glass
Garnish with physalis and a carambola wedge
