Cocktail recipe

1.

Place the pulp from 6 oz of passionfruit and a slice of ginger root into a shaker and muddle

2.

Add 0.35 oz of lime juice, 0.5 oz of sugar syrup and 2 oz of white rum

3.

Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake

4.

Finely strain into a chilled cocktail glass

5.

Garnish with a passionfruit quarter
