Cocktail recipe

1.

Place 10 sorrel leaves into a mixing glass and pour in 0.15 oz of club soda

2.

Add 1/2 bar spoon of granulated cane sugar and muddle

3.

Pour in 0.15 oz of honey and 1.5 oz of vodka

4.

Fill the glass with crushed ice and stir gently

5.

Strain into a shot glass

6.

Garnish with a raspberry dipped in honey
