Place 1/3 of a chopped lemon grass stalk into a shaker and muddle
Place 4 bar spoons of raspberry jam
Pour in 0.35 oz of lime juice and 0.75 oz of gin
Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters and 1 dash of orange bitters
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
Finely strain into a shot glass
