Pour 1 oz of lemon juice and 1 oz of homemade celery syrup into a shaker

Add 5 dashes of red Tabasco sauce, 1 oz of mezcal, and 1 oz of Highland single-malt whisky

Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake gently
