Place 4 strawberries, a quarter of sweet bell pepper into a shaker and muddle
Pour in 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 0.15 oz of strawberry syrup, 0.35 oz of sugar syrup, 0.5 oz of red vermouth and 1.5 oz of gin
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
Finely strain into a chilled cocktail glass
Garnish with a sweet bell pepper wheel
