1.

Place 1/4 of a peeled and sliced peach into a blender

2.

Pour in 2 oz of pineapple juice, 0.35 oz of ginger syrup and 1.5 oz of vodka

Add a scoop of crushed ice and blend

Pour into a chilled champagne saucer
