Place the rocks ice into the glass
Pour 1.15 of homemade pecan red vermouth and 0.3 oz of mezcal into the mixing glass
Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters, 0.15 oz of vanilla syrup, and 1.15 oz of pisco
Fill the glass with ice cubes and carefully mix with a bar spoon
Strain into the rocks glass
Garnish with orange zest and pecan
