Cocktail recipe

A one-quart pitcher is enough for about 4 highball glasses
2.
Fill the pitcher 2/3 of the way with ice cubes
3.
Place a small peeled and chopped cucumber and 12 leaves of green basil into a blender
4.
Pour in 1 oz of lemon juice and 1.5 oz of lychee syrup
5.
Blend without ice
6.
Pour into the pitcher
7.
Top up with club soda and stir gently
8.
Garnish with strawberry halves and a sprig of green basil
